01 · The manager agent
Learns your business. Builds your ICP.
You share your website, documents, CRM data, previous clients. Anything that helps the agent understand your business. It scrapes your site, reads your docs, and builds a deep understanding of your business model, your product, and who your best customers really are. Then it turns that understanding into a detailed ICP criteria model: the scoring, the weights, the gating rules. All through conversation. You go back and forth until you're both happy. Then it runs the pipeline.
02 · Your ICP criteria
Detailed, scored, and gated.
Each criterion comes with custom instructions and tools that tell the agents exactly where to look and how to interpret what they find. Here are some examples of what the agent built for BarryOS:

03 · The pipeline

Once you confirm the criteria, the manager agent runs the pipeline. Discovery agents find companies broadly. Analysis agents investigate each one in depth, using your custom instructions and tools. Results feed into your database, accessible through the dashboard, your CRM, or by talking to your agent.
